Absolutely! While we don't list every possible component to maintain operational efficiency, we're more than happy to accommodate any request and customise your PC to your preferences. Please reach out to us, and we'll respond within one business hour!
We take quality control seriously. Before delivering any of our gaming PCs to our customers, we put each one through a rigorous quality control check to ensure that it's operating at peak performance. You'll notice that your PC will have 3DMark pre-installed and other applications to ensure that it passes our strict qualtiy control standards. Your test results will be saved to your desktop for you to view.
Yes! All PCs from Nebula are ready to plug and play! We install all necessary drivers for your PC to function at optimal speeds. This includes audio, internet, graphics card and more to the latest versions available.

No, we are unable to install Windows on our systems unless a Windows license is purchased from us.
Every Nebula PC is built in our Sydney workshop. Our team of experienced technicians skilfully hand-assemble every PC.

PAYMENT ENQUIRIES
We support debit and credit card payments from for major card providers, PayID and cash (for pick up only). Please note that payment must be made in full and received by us before delivery or pick up of your purchase.
No, all prices are GST inclusive and there is no additional payment surcharge on any payment method. We absorb all costs associated with transactions, what you see is what you will pay.
Please note, this does not include any fees associated with your bank or payment method on your end.
At this stage, no, as our business model is to pass on the best possible value to you. With these pay over time services, their fees are extremely high for us and we don't want to pass on this cost to you.
SHIPPING
We use express shipping via Team Global Express (formerly known as Toll), TNT Express and Go Logistics (NSW only) to ship our PCs. We work with multiple couriers to ensure you receive your PC as soon as possible.
Yes, absolutely just make sure to choose pick up in the checkout!
Once you've made your order please make sure to wait for an email letting you know your PC is ready. Our pick up hours are Monday to Friday from 9AM to 5PM. Our workshop is located at 6/72 Canterbury Road, Bankstown NSW 2200.

No, we are unable to provide this service as it halts our streamlined operations process. If it's a pick up order, we can accommodate for some boxes to be provided as please keep in mind not all components we use for your system has retail packaging. All cardboard, metals and more are all recycled appropriately.
If you would like to request this, please make sure to contact us before your system is built.
Once despatched, please allow up to 10 business days as delivery times frames will vary due to various factors.
If in extreme circumstances you still have not received your order after 10 business days, please get in touch with us and we will look into it for you immediately.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns due to change of mind.
However, if you are experiencing an issue with your PC, please contact us and we will provide a remedy.
We do not give refunds or exchanges if there is damage to a product after purchase due to alterations not performed by us.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience you’re experiencing with your PC. To ensure a swift resolution under our 3-year service and warranty guarantee (extendable if additional coverage is purchased), please contact us first. This allows us to troubleshoot the problem and attempt to resolve it remotely, avoiding the need for you to send your PC back to us.
Should returning your PC become necessary, we will handle the costs of collection and return shipping after the issue has been resolved. Please ensure the PC is securely packaged, as we cannot be held responsible for damage during transit. We recommend retaining your original packaging to use if returning the product is absolutely required.
If our assessment finds no faults or issues covered under warranty, you will be responsible for the shipping costs both to and from our workshop.

WARRANTY
Our warranty package covers parts failures due to components being faulty, and the labour cost for replacing those parts. We have a 1 for 1 part-exchange policy for failed parts during the warranty period. Our warranty does not cover things such as accidental damage, wear and tear, or misuse (eg. unauthorised overclocking or undervolting). Please see our full warranty policy for more information.
In general, no it will not void your warranty as it is case by case. However, if we determine that the reason for the fault is due to the modifcations made by you it may void your warranty.
All goods provided are covered by our warranty policy and we guarantee that any goods purchased can not be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Please see our full warranty policy for more information.
We offer free lifetime remote support for all original purchases of our PCs. Even after your warranty expires, you can always reach out to us via phone or email for assistance. Should your system require servicing by a Nebula PC technician, we can provide replacement parts and labour at a discounted rate.
