It depends, for builds listed on our website where they are marked ready to go will be despatched within 24 hours. If customisations are made, it can take up to 10 business days to have your PC ready. Our average turnaround time is 7-10 business days.

Yes, absolutely! We don't list every component possible to ensure an efficient operational process. We are able to accomodate any request and customise your PC to your liking. Please contact us and we'll get back to you within a business hour!

Before delivering any of our gaming PCs to our customers, we put each one through a rigorous quality control check to ensure that it's operating at peak performance. You'll notice that your PC will have 3DMark pre-installed and other applications to ensure that it passes our strict qualtiy control standards. Your test results will be saved to your desktop for you to view.

Yes! All PCs from Nebula are ready to plug and play! We install all necesary drivers for your PC to function at optimal speeds. This includes audio, internet, graphics card and more to the latest versions available. We update Windows to the latest version available at the time as well as updating your motherboard BIOS.

We support debit and credit card from all major card providers. PayPal, bank transfer and cash (pick up only). For bank transfer payments please ensure to put your order number in the description. Please note that payment must be made in full and received by us before delivery or pick up of your purchase can occur.
No, all prices are GST inclusive and there is no additional payment surcharge on any payment method. We absorb all costs associated with transactions, what you see is what you will pay.

At this stage no as our business model is to pass on the best possible value to you. With these pay over time services, their fees are extremely high for us and we don't want to pass on this cost to you.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS
We use Australia Post, Team Global Express (formerly known as Toll) and Go Logistics (NSW only) to ship our PCs. We work with multiple couriers to ensure you receive your PC as soon as possible.

Once you've made your order please make sure to wait for an email letting you know your PC is ready. We are open Monday to Friday from 9AM to 6PM. Our workshop is located at 6/72 Canterbury Road, Bankstown.
Once you make an order, we are working on it on the same day and endevaour to despatch as soon as possible. For orders where customisations are made, it may take up to 10 business days to despatch.
Once despatched, our delivery times are unbelievably fast as we only use express couriers nationwide to uphold our service! The following are our estimated delivery time frames with our couriers after despatch:

Yes, we can accomodate this by flat packing the boxes into your shipment! Please keep in mind that in some circumstances we may not be able to fit all or particular type of boxes.

We do not give refunds or exchanges if there is damage to a product after purchase due to alterations not performed by us.
We are deeply sorry that you are experiencing issues. Each purchase is covered by our service and warranty guarantee for 3 years from the purchase date (unless extended warranty is purchased). The first step is to contact us so that we can troubleshoot and identify any issues to resolve before going through the hassling process of returning your PC to us.
If necessary, we'll cover the cost of collecting the PC from you, as well as shipping it back once we have rectified the issue. You are responsible for packaging the PC appropriately as we will not be liable for any transit damage. We recommend keeping any packaging assocaited with your purchase in the extremely rare occurance that you have to ship your PC back to us.
If there are no warranty issues to be found, you are responsible for paying the fee having the PC shipped to us and back to you.
Our warranty package covers parts failures due to components being faulty, and the labour cost for replacing those parts. We have a 1 for 1 part-exchange policy for failed parts during the warranty period. Our warranty does not cover things such as accidental damage, wear and tear, or misuse (eg. unauthorised overclocking or undervolting). Please see our full warranty policy for more information.
In general, no it will not void your warranty as it is case by case. However, if we determine that the reason for the fault is due to the modifcations made by you it may void your warranty.
All goods provided are covered by our warranty policy and we guarantee that any goods purchased can not be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Please see our full warranty policy for more information.
We provide free lifetime remote support for original purchasers of our PCs. Even if your warranty has expired, you are still able to call or email our team to receive remote support. If your system needs to be physically serviced by an Nebula PC technician, we will charge a discounted price for replacement parts and labour.
