Price was extremely good and at first wasn’t super sure about it but once I figured out it was a proper business with a proper address and everything unlike other places I’ve found with prices ljke this, so I bought after a few troubles verifying my id there was about a two week wait til I got an email asking about a free upgrade possibility as they had no stock of some of the original parts of my pc I ended up with a slightly better power supply and some nicer looking predator ram not much of a difference jus more name brand and better looking but was happy with that then it took about 2 more weeks and it was shipped and then delivered and now I have it and it is working like a dream also if you are planning on getting the same pc make sure you peel all the stickers off the parts I accidentally left some on and are fighting whether I can be bothered talkjng the panel off again anyway great company good customer service a tad slow although but no other complaints

Basically to sum it up I feel like a vegan trying meat again and realising all those years wasted on eating vegetables (Consoles). Apart from that I’m very happy with the PC and love everything about it! Awesome stuff!! 🙏🙏

purchased two of these pc's at the EOY sale. I got it a decent price. I did have to wait for just under a month for delivery but that is to be expected with a high volume of customers. They did give me up dates as soon as they could and on two occasions they offered to swap out hardware to get the item sooner but I just decided to wait and couldn't be more happier they changed out the mother board because the original wasn't in stock it was the same specs but had two extra ram slots so a better deal anyway. It has two extra ram slots at no additional costs. When I received the pc it was well packed and it is defiantly a plug and play deal not much to it really.

I also installed a NFHK PCI-E 4X Mainboard to CF Express Extension Card Adapter for CFE Type-B Support R5 Z6 Z7 Memory Card for a xbox 1tb seagate SSD I am not an IT guy but it actually worked.

I would want to be honest, we can all say its great or we can rubbish a product. Well the Vengeance I bought is fantastic, just as I asked for and suited my needs, so much so I bought one for my wife and she couldn't be happier, great product and as far as service, just email them and replies come very quickly. Overall I would give a 9.9 out of ten because no ones perfect happy computing. Satisfied customer!!

I ordered the Violet prebuild right on tax return season, and was fully prepared to experience some delays because of that. At first I received an email saying I had to validate my identity - I've read a lot of low reviews complaining about this but it was explicitly stated at checkout that you would need to do this so nothing unexpected there. Because of the high volume of orders, my reply got lost in the system, but the customer service representative, Carl, stayed on the phone and used his own email to go through the verification with me. A 20 minute phone call when they're in peak order season, legend Carl.
Something that made me restless in the wait between order and shipping was the low cost of the pc - if i had ordered all the parts myself I would have spent around a grand more than the advertised price. Wholesale discounts on nebula's end, or some kind of scam? Since my natural suspicion is tempered with patience I decided to wait a month before following up. Right on the mark, i got an email saying they were sorry for the delay and were substituting the flashy rgb ram for a much faster brand which was a significant upgrade. I've waited a week since receiving it to ensure it all works well. Stress testing with benchmarks, using local ai that pushes its capabilities, serving demanding programs around the clock, running touch designer and other 3d rendering software, recent triple a games. It's all solid and built well.
If you want the most cost effective build in aus and are patient enough to understand humans are doing it so it might take a while, go for it. Good customer service too

My new gaming PC is running great. It came well packaged and protected.
It has plenty of grunt to run my Flight Simulator and associated peripherals.
The computer was ready to go, plug everything in and sign in to your own account and then away you go to add whatever you like 👍
Very happy and expect many years of smooth running as it has room for expansion as I add more to it.
