The discount scales with your order total, from $50 at $1,000 up to $500 at $8,000.

How much you save
The discount is based on your total order value — PCs, accessories and services combined, including GST, before the discount and excluding shipping. Not the price of a single PC.

Yes. You can use your Mate Rates code for your own purchase or share it with friends and family. Each code can only be used once, so once you or your mate redeems it, that code can't be used again.

Your total order. We count the combined value of PCs, accessories, services and other products in the same order, including GST, before the Mate Rates discount and excluding shipping charges.

Yes. Adding more PCs, accessories or services to the same order can move you into a higher discount tier.
For example, a $2,400 PC plus $150 in accessories gives you a qualifying order total of $2,550, making you eligible for a $200 discount when the correct code is applied.

Each Mate Rates code is unique to its recipient and can only be redeemed once.
You can use it yourself or share it with a mate, but once anyone redeems it, that code can't be used again by you or another person.
FREESHIPworks differently — it's a shared code available to all customers for the promotional period. -

Promotional period
The promotion runs from 9th October until 22nd October 11:59PM AEDT, Sydney time.
Offers apply only to eligible new orders placed through the Nebula PC website during the promotional period. Orders placed outside this period are not eligible.
Free shipping on PC orders
- Free standard shipping is available for orders delivered within Australia during the promotional period, with no minimum spend.
- The order must include at least one PC. Orders consisting only of accessories, peripherals, components or services are not eligible, and standard shipping rates will apply.
- Accessories, peripherals and services purchased in the same order as an eligible PC are covered by the free shipping offer.
- Free shipping requires the promotional code
FREESHIPto be entered and accepted at checkout before the order is submitted. It is not applied automatically. FREESHIPcannot be combined with a Mate Rates discount. Only one promotional code applies per order — entering a Mate Rates code means the applicable shipping charge will be shown at checkout.FREESHIPapplies to standard delivery within Australia and has no value on pick-up orders. Customers choosing pick-up do not receive an additional discount, refund, credit or cash equivalent for the unused shipping benefit.- Free shipping applies to delivery of the original order. Mate Rates eligibility and code sharing
- Mate Rates codes will be emailed to eligible existing Nebula PC customers and subscribers to Nebula PC's promotional emails, including subscribers who have not previously purchased.
- Each Mate Rates code is unique to the recipient it is issued to and can only be redeemed once.
- Recipients may use their codes for their own purchases or share them with friends and family.
- Once a Mate Rates code is redeemed by anyone, it cannot be used again by the original recipient or another person.
- Customers using a shared code do not need to have previously purchased from Nebula PC or be subscribed to our promotional emails.
- To access a code, check your promotional email from Nebula PC or ask a mate who is an existing customer or promotional email subscriber to check theirs.
- Receiving or sharing a code does not entitle the original recipient to a referral payment, cashback or store credit.
FREESHIPis a general promotional code available to all customers during the promotional period and is not unique or single-use.
Mate Rates discount tiers
The applicable discount is based on the combined value of all PCs, accessories, services and other products purchased in a single order, including GST, before applying the Mate Rates discount and excluding shipping charges.
The discount is based on the qualifying order total, not the value of an individual PC. See the tier table above.
- Customers may qualify for a higher discount tier by adding more PCs, accessories, services or other products to the same order.
- Orders below $1,000 do not qualify for a Mate Rates discount.
- Only one Mate Rates discount applies per order. Tier discounts are not cumulative.
- Separate orders cannot be combined to meet a spending threshold.
- All amounts are in Australian dollars.
Redeeming a code
- Only one promotional code can be applied per order. Customers must choose between
FREESHIPand a Mate Rates code. - For Mate Rates, customers must enter the valid code for their applicable spending tier at checkout before submitting their order.
- The code must be accepted at checkout, and the discount must appear in the order total before payment.
- If a code does not work, contact Nebula PC before completing your purchase.
- Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders.
- Promotional codes cannot be combined with another discount code or another promotional discount unless Nebula PC expressly states otherwise.
- Each Mate Rates code can only be redeemed once and expires at the end of the promotional period if unused.
FREESHIPexpires at the end of the promotional period. - Codes and promotional discounts cannot be exchanged for cash, cashback or store credit.
Order changes, cancellations and refunds
- Orders placed before the promotional period are not eligible. Existing orders cannot be cancelled and reordered solely to claim this promotion.
- If an order is amended before fulfilment, the applicable discount will be recalculated against the revised qualifying order total.
- Where a refund is approved or required by law, the refund will reflect the amount actually paid for the returned goods or services after the applicable discount. The promotional discount itself has no refundable cash value.
- Nebula PC's usual order, cancellation, returns and warranty terms apply, subject to Australian Consumer Law.
General conditions
- Products remain subject to availability. Receiving a code does not reserve stock or guarantee availability.
- Nebula PC may refuse or reverse a discount where there is reasonable evidence of fraud or use contrary to these terms. Sharing codes with friends and family as permitted above is not misuse.
- Any changes to this promotion will be published on the Nebula PC website and will not affect valid orders already accepted.
- Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
