Nebula produced such a great gaming rig for me. On top of that, their exceptional service made it even more worth it. I had some delays with receiving my PC due to the EOFY sales, but they were very candid and upfront with everything. Exceptional business.

PC looked great out of box, everything was well built and clearly handled professionally. Didn’t receive my free game with the promotion I got but didn’t matter was more than happy with the actual purchase itself. PC runs great and all parts were as advertised except for two that were fairly substituted or even upgraded so great experience overall. Would recommend.

Been using the new PC for well over a week now and it was worth every dollar. Performance is extremely high being able to run any game I throw at it on high settings.
The case's design is simple but looks very nice with half of the case being tempered glass showing off all the components and their RGB lights which I love.
However I have a small issue with the graphics card's light, it will randomly turn off for a fraction of a second and then come back on. From what I've researched its a problem with the SignalRgb program and the graphics card not being a big fan of the program. On the topic of the graphics card, it is a little loud with it making a metallic whirring/static noise, I thought it might be a problem but it appears just to be a normal noise for the card to make while its running.
Customer support was very open and helpful while they were building my PC. They informed me of 2 parts they were missing and were replaced by different ones and they went out of their way to upgrade my graphics card, psu and my processor or motherboard I don't remember but I was very happy that they informed me about these changes.
Overall, the PC runs anything I want to play, the case design looks fantastic and customer support was spot on.

Works perfectly! Just as I imagined

Bought a budget PC for gaming and it is performing very well for the value I paid. Service and communition was very good too. I will definitely be purchasing my next PC upgrade from Nebula PC

This was my first experience buying from Nebula PC, but it certainly won’t be my last. I am very, very happy with the quality of the gaming PC and monitor that I bought, and consider them extremely good value. The service / communication was top notch, and the way in which they dealt with a few (industry-wide) stock shortages was very professional and generous (with a few component upgrades being included at no extra cost). Overall, this was one of my best retail experiences, and I sincerely have no hesitation in recommending this company to others. Thanks Nebula!

amazing PC - extremely fast delivery time and fantastic customer service.

Having my PC for 2 weeks now. It is working fine and I am loving it. I also have lots of help from Nebula staffs in regard to the dispatch as I was away from home a week after I ordered the PC. Communication was great and prompt, and they managed to dispatch my PC the same day I went back to Australia. Thank you again.
