Volume pricing applies to multi-unit orders from two units up, and the bigger the order, the more room we have on price. Choose the closest quantity range in the form and we’ll quote it.
Yes. Every unit in a fleet order is built to the same configuration and goes through the same quality-control check before it ships, so the machines arrive matched.
We send an itemised quote you can take through your approval process. Payment is made in full before delivery or pick-up, by debit or credit card, PayID, Afterpay or Splitit card instalments. All prices include GST.
If your organisation pays on account or against a purchase order, mention it in your enquiry and we’ll talk it through.
Ready to Ship systems despatch within 7–10 business days. Built-to-order systems currently despatch within 10–15 business days. Larger fleet orders depend on quantity and parts availability, so we’ll confirm the timeline in your quote.
Yes, by express courier only, or you can pick up from our Seven Hills workshop. Once despatched, business addresses in Metro Sydney, the Blue Mountains, Central Coast, Wollongong and Newcastle can get same-day delivery. Metro Melbourne, Metro Brisbane, the ACT and major regional NSW towns are next business day, Adelaide 2 business days, Tasmania 3–4, Metro Perth 4–5 and the Northern Territory 5–7.
Delivering to more than one site? Mention it in the enquiry form.
Every system has a three-year warranty covering parts and labour, and extra cover can extend parts replacement to four years. We try to fix problems remotely first. If a machine needs to come in for a warranty repair, we arrange the courier both ways within Australia, and diagnosis typically takes 1–2 business days.
After the warranty ends, remote support stays free for the life of the system. See our Warranty Policy.
Yes. Windows is installed when the licence is purchased with your order, and every system ships with its drivers installed and updated to the latest versions, ready to plug in.
Yes. Our workshop is at 1/9 Brumby St, Seven Hills NSW 2147. Choose pick-up and we’ll email you when the order is ready, or get in touch to talk through a build in person.
Yes. Nebula PC is 100% Australian owned and registered in Australia, ABN 67 642 448 780. If your accounts team needs anything else to set us up as a supplier, mention it in your enquiry.
