I would want to be honest, we can all say its great or we can rubbish a product. Well the Vengeance I bought is fantastic, just as I asked for and suited my needs, so much so I bought one for my wife and she couldn't be happier, great product and as far as service, just email them and replies come very quickly. Overall I would give a 9.9 out of ten because no ones perfect happy computing. Satisfied customer!!

I ordered the Violet prebuild right on tax return season, and was fully prepared to experience some delays because of that. At first I received an email saying I had to validate my identity - I've read a lot of low reviews complaining about this but it was explicitly stated at checkout that you would need to do this so nothing unexpected there. Because of the high volume of orders, my reply got lost in the system, but the customer service representative, Carl, stayed on the phone and used his own email to go through the verification with me. A 20 minute phone call when they're in peak order season, legend Carl.
Something that made me restless in the wait between order and shipping was the low cost of the pc - if i had ordered all the parts myself I would have spent around a grand more than the advertised price. Wholesale discounts on nebula's end, or some kind of scam? Since my natural suspicion is tempered with patience I decided to wait a month before following up. Right on the mark, i got an email saying they were sorry for the delay and were substituting the flashy rgb ram for a much faster brand which was a significant upgrade. I've waited a week since receiving it to ensure it all works well. Stress testing with benchmarks, using local ai that pushes its capabilities, serving demanding programs around the clock, running touch designer and other 3d rendering software, recent triple a games. It's all solid and built well.
If you want the most cost effective build in aus and are patient enough to understand humans are doing it so it might take a while, go for it. Good customer service too

My new gaming PC is running great. It came well packaged and protected.
It has plenty of grunt to run my Flight Simulator and associated peripherals.
The computer was ready to go, plug everything in and sign in to your own account and then away you go to add whatever you like 👍
Very happy and expect many years of smooth running as it has room for expansion as I add more to it.

10/10 i love this pc everything i try to run runs perfectly the build is so clean i will admit the wait going from 7-10 business days to nearly 3 weeks or so had me annoyed at the start but honestly I think that’s just impatience as they say you can’t rush perfection and I happily would choose to go with you guys and this build over any other option given to me thankyou
