One of the staff members, Carl helped me previously to organise a pickup timeslot to 5:30pm even though their pickup times is from 9am to 5pm, due to my work schedule. They also recently helped with answering my questions for the operating system and provided a link for the drivers. Very helpful staff and also very beautiful PC! I love the design, colours and lighting of the PC and also like how the fans of the PC isn't loud as well.
