I purchased a PC from Nebula which was received within a few days. PC had not booted, however customer service provided by both Lawrence and Carl were instant, with replacements organised within a week, delivered today with no issues. Definitely recommend.

I was impressed by how smooth the process was. Although they were quite busy and my order took a bit longer than expected, they reached out and provided a free upgrade as a gesture of goodwill.
Once shipped, the PC arrived very quickly and was securely packaged. The PC itself has been working perfectly and plays the games as advertised. It is excellent value for money.

I was a bit of an annoying customer with lots of questions and requesting changes after ordering, and then not proceeding with them. I was always answered swiftly and politely. The Rig itself is amazing value for money and it was a joy having a new machine that just booted up ready to go after years of building my own. The cable managment is top notch and i wouldn't hesitate to use Nebula again for my next rig.
