It's been just over a week since I bought my Valkyrie Gaming desktop from Nebula PC, in that week it has performed exceptionally! The service from Lawrence and the team was exceptional, they were really responsive with any questions that I had and were great when I picked up my new PC.
I'm usually the type to build my own desktops, but the spec and deal that Nebula could manage made it too hard to resist buying one of their machines over building my own at a premium. I'm really happy to say that there was great attention to detail in the build, cables are managed exceptionally and I couldn't have done a better job myself.
All in all, an excellent purchasing experience, and with the 3 year warranty I know they stand behind their builds. Thanks again team!

Built well, good price and works completely. I just had to re-install windows to put Windows 11 Home rather than Pro on, since that was what I had a key for, but wasn't a hassle.

I received my Nebula PC the 4080 Super, SUPERNOVA version and I've got to say -- I simply love it!! It runs great after a BIOS and firmware update from the manufacturer's website! Lawrence even gave me a few pointers on system running more smoothly; by enabling Memory Context Restore for the RAM running in EXPO. Because of this the system runs very smooth now without hangups or anything.

I think what's vitally as important to a new PC running smoothly is how the entire unit was put together with integrity and professionalism. And I can certainly vouch for this with my build; as Lawrence and his team of experts have meticulously put together an expertly crafted custom PC. Uniquely their own is Nebula PC's premium customer service, as the name speaks for itself, their premium service in customer care is exemplary! Making for a peace of mind shopping experience that's rarely the norm these days when it comes to customised PCs.

One more thing I want to touch on is the gold class delivery service that they provide. My unit came all the way from Sydney (where they are located) with nary a scratch on the box, and everything was intact and indeed, safe! So much care was put into the delivery service and ensuring that the end-product arrive at the state in which it left their premium store. This blew my mind, how such a heavy item came all the way from interstate in such a pristine state, and in one piece!
