If you're experiencing crashes and you're a Telstra customer, it may be due to a specific setting in your modem/router. Follow these steps to adjust the settings.

Adjusting Modem Settings

Access Your Telstra Modem Settings:

● Open a web browser and enter the following URL: http://telstra.gateway/

● If you have not changed your modem admin login details, use the default credentials:

● Username: admin

● Password: Telstra

Navigate to WiFi Settings:

● Once logged in, go to the WiFi section of your modem settings.

Disable WiFi PMF:

● Scroll down to find the WiFi PMF (Protected Management Frames) setting.

● Set WiFi PMF to Off.

● Save the settings.

Adjust Settings for 5 GHz Network (if applicable):

● If the crashes occur with devices connected to the 5 GHz WiFi network, repeat the above steps for the 5 GHz network.

● Ensure WiFi PMF is set to Off for the 5 GHz network as well.

● Save the settings.
