An absolutely great experience with Nebula. While it took longer than expected (by a few days), the support team responded extremely fast and was quite helpful.As for the PC itself, I ordered it from their website, as I live in another state. So for I am loving it and have no complaints.

Lawrence and Carl were of great help with the config and even advised where i could upgrade especially when it comes to the thermals, got the pc delivered in perfect condition, cable management is excellent and thermals are really cool even under strenuous load, overall very happy with the pc and will recommend.

Bought my new PC from Nebula, and it's awesome! Modified one of their prebuilt deals, and it's everything I wanted. Got a great deal, communication was excellent, and it arrived protected by lots of bubble wrap in the box, including inside the case.

Been absolutely loving my rig, was impressed all the way from how well packaged to the appearance and performance of my rig. Absolutely can't fault any point of the purchase experience, while the shipping was slightly longer than usual it was still quicker than expected, especially in the middle of EOFY deals and shipping to a remote community.

This was my first time ordering a custom-built PC online and it was a very smooth experience. These guys clearly know what they’re doing and also have excellent customer service - my order was running a bit late but they communicated promptly and even offered an upgrade because of this.
