Really happy with my experience at Nebula PC. Customer service was great, really helpful and easy to deal with. Francis did an amazing job with my PC and got everything done so quickly that it was ready for pickup sooner than expected. Would definitely recommend Nebula PC to anyone looking for a prebuilt PC that's ready to game straight away.

Nebula PC was the one website I found that offers the best specs for my budget, and their black friday sale allowed me to purchace a better quality PC that fell within my budget. The ordering process was a little strenuous since I had to show my ID along with proof of address, however their customer service made up for all of the confusion. They were very responsive with their emails, even after company hours, and their communication skills are excellent.
Purchased a gaming pc from Nebula and it arrived much sooner than expected, everything was in perfect working order and the Nebula team was super helpful with any questions I had to ask. Would definitely recommend purchasing from them!

Even though the pcs glass arrived broken, thankfully all internal parts appeared functional. I’m just waiting on some glass to be sent as replacement but otherwise great help and service throughout this situation.

Upgraded from a Gaming Laptop, and it feels great as I don't have to worry about fan noises and other things that held me back anymore. As soon as I got it, I manage to install my second ssd from the computer to the pc, all while the gpu was in the way, didn't know how to remove it.
Besides that, was surprised to see that i didn't have to do any setup, part of me was disappointed because there was no journey in needing to find a way to get a local account. But on the other hand, since it was pre-setup on a local, it was fine, just needed to change the name and it was set.
Overall very good.
The team from Nebula have been amazing from start to finish. Communication has be A1 from letting me know time frame and dispatch as well as any upgrades that took place.

My initial order shipped within the estimated time but I ended up having an unfortunate experience (not Nebula’s fault I want to make clear) due to the original courier losing the package somehow, first time I’ve had an issue like that. After trying to get in touch with StarTrek myself, I contacted Nebula who chased them down. Since they couldn’t find the package Nebula immediately got working on a second setup to send me via a different courier. While I’m of course somewhat annoyed it ended up taking much longer than expected, I have nothing but good words for the team there. No faffing around, no blame shifting, I didn’t even have to ask if they were sending a replacement they started on it as soon as confirmation of loss came through. Received the computer today all in working order and with no problems.
Overall I am incredibly happy with the PC. No issues at all when setting up, although I have had the PC for 2 weeks and still not received my free copy of Onimusha. But they have said it will be sent out eventually so I will take their word
I've been using my PC for about a month and a half, and it's been serving me well, There was minimal setup on my end since all of the drivers and software came preinstalled
Been playing Cyberpunk 2077, Ghost of Tsushima and Warframe on RTX Ultra settings, and have been getting stable 80-120 FPS

I recently purchased the VIPER (Ryzen 5 7500F | RX 9070 GRE) from Nebula PC, and It was a great experience. The build quality is top-notch, and performance has been running smoothly right out of the box.
Communication and shipping were great, and customer support and the team has been excellent(even got a part upgraded due to out of stock). The dispatch time maybe the only downside here but it's worth the wait in the end.

Bought an IRON FALL PC ($3.4k) with a $200 cashback banner active on their site. When it didn't process, support admitted in writing their website "was not updated promptly" after the promo ended. Hours later, they put up a new $200 promo with free delivery, yet refused to honor the site banner or match the new promo offering only a mousepad while I paid full price for everything.PC runs great, but hopefully nothing goes wrong down the line, because if they won't fix their own site error, good luck getting help. Escalated to Fair Trading.

We recently bought 2 of these PC’s and would highly recommend Nebula PC. Our PC’s arrived in around 3-4 days after ordering late on a Friday afternoon, much sooner than advertised. They were very well packaged and arrived in perfect condition, much sooner than expected. Long story short, very happy with the purchase and glad we chose Nebula PC.
Had it 4 or 5 months now, was running fine, till now, when it's started to make a whirring/buzzing noise (28/10/26). Gameplay is still very good, no complaints there, still runs smoothly, can do everything i need it to on the daily.
