Great quality computer which was well packed for transport. My technician commented it was one of the best pre-built computers he has seen. It may take the full 10 business days to build but is well worth the wait.

I bought a great value prebuilt with an ozbargain code. Has been made very well.

The staff were very diligent with ID check when I picked it up.

I would recommend paying extra to upgrade from the nebulaPC case. It looks nice but it is hard to open up to do any maintenance or exchange parts like adding extra fans and drives.

I purchased the Stratos BYO GPU PC from NebulaPC. It was a well assembled PC with neat cabling at a good price. Great customer service with rapid response times to keep me updated on the PC build and out of stock (OOS) items. My criticisms are that OOS items were still available for purchase on their site and the assembly time was at the 10 business days mark. Still within the 8-10 days quoted and faster than some competitor brands. Well packed and quick delivery makes a happy customer.

I have had the PC for a few weeks now and I am very happy with it. I have built before but didn't want the hassle this time around as well as wanting good coverage if something goes wrong. Very happy with both the communication and speed from Nebula as there was a need to upgrade/swap parts. Came a lot faster than expected and was well packed.

Pc arrive in perfect condition, fired up right away and I have nothing but praise for it and the build crew! The delivery driver how ever left the pc on my doorstep without even attempting to get a signature or even knocking on the door.
