After having a bad experience from a previous online PC retailer I was hesitant to buy another PC online again. I bought an "in stock ready to ship" PC that wasn't ready: It was a back-ordered build and I had to wait what I consider to be far too long for an "in stock" item as they had advertised. Thankfully Nebula came through by supplying me with my PC in a very satisfactory time frame. I was slightly put off by their requirement to verify my identity by sending them a copy of an edited photo of my license, but considering how easy the purchase was as a whole it was a very small hurdle to jump over. I also got in contact with them to ask how soon it would be delivered to me and I was happy that their estimates were correct. Their correspondence was polite and informative.

Another advantage of buying from Nebula is that they have a physical location I can visit which lessened my anxiety about after sales service.

The overall transaction experience was very good and I don't think I would hesitate to buy from them again. Thank you to everyone involved.

I was a bit iffy about getting this PC but the price was right for me, so I got it. It runs great, it games great and it looks great. It has easy access to the mother board, should I ever need to upgrade something, and it has plenty of USB ports, though it is lacking USB-C. The Prowler is well constructed with all of the cabling tucked away nice and neat. Overall, I think this computer is fantastic and hope to be gaming with for some time.

way cheaper than if i bought all the parts separately, great performance. only issue was that it was a bit of a hassle to install the drivers needed since i didn't have windows preinstalled, but that's likely just a me problem

My PC was dispatched immediately once paid for and verified and arrived in Adelaide in just 2 days. The PC itself has been an amazing upgrade and for the games I run (CS2 and similar) it runs comfortably and cool on max settings well over 250fps.
