Everything you need to know about qualifying for Nebula's Anniversary Sale Exclusive Rewards.

How do I qualify for the Anniversary Sale rewards?

Simply purchase an eligible Nebula PC during the Anniversary Sale and meet the minimum spend for one of the advertised reward tiers. Your qualifying tier is based on the final total eligible value of your order after discounts and promotions unless otherwise stated.

What happens if my order qualifies for a higher reward tier?

Your order will qualify for the reward bundle associated with the highest spend tier you reach. For example, if your final qualifying spend reaches the Ultimate tier, you'll receive the rewards advertised for that tier. The exact rewards included in each tier will be shown as part of the promotion.

Can I combine multiple orders to reach a higher tier?

No. The minimum spend requirement must be reached within a single eligible order. Separate purchases or orders cannot be combined to qualify for a higher Anniversary Sale reward tier.

Do I need to add the free rewards to my cart?

Unless otherwise stated during checkout, qualifying rewards will be included automatically with eligible orders. We recommend checking your cart or order confirmation to make sure your applicable Anniversary Sale rewards are shown. If something appears to be missing, contact Nebula PC before your order is fulfilled.

What happens if one of the advertised rewards is out of stock?

Anniversary Sale rewards are available while promotional stocks last. If a particular reward becomes unavailable, Nebula PC may, where permitted, provide a reasonably comparable substitute. Because of availability, the exact brand, model, colour, size, packaging, or specification of promotional items may differ from promotional imagery.

Can I exchange a free reward for cash, store credit, or another product?

No. Promotional rewards have no cash value and generally cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, discounts, or another product. Where an advertised reward is unavailable, Nebula PC may offer an appropriate substitute in accordance with the promotion terms.

What happens to my rewards if I cancel or return my PC?

If your order is cancelled, fully refunded, or adjusted so that it no longer meets the required spend threshold, you may no longer be eligible for some or all of the promotional rewards. Where permitted by applicable law, Nebula PC may require the relevant rewards to be returned or apply their disclosed promotional value when calculating a refund.

How long does the Anniversary Sale promotion last?

The Anniversary Sale is a limited-time promotion, and rewards are subject to availability while promotional stocks last. The promotion period, eligible products, spend tiers, and available rewards will be displayed on the applicable Nebula PC promotional material or website. Your final eligibility and rewards are confirmed at checkout or in your order confirmation.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Anniversary Sale rewards are available for a limited time only, while promotional stocks last. Eligibility is determined by the final qualifying purchase value of a single order, after all discounts, promo codes, credits, refunds, and other adjustments. Each spend tier unlocks only the rewards expressly advertised for that tier. This includes the total cart price. Orders must meet or exceed the stated minimum spend for the applicable tier. Purchases from separate orders cannot be combined to reach a spend threshold. (Tier eligibility is determined by total cart value. Contact sales@nebulapc.com.au for any further clarification.)

Promotional rewards are complimentary items and have no cash value. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, a discount, or an alternative product except where Nebula PC expressly offers a substitution. Reward images are for illustrative purposes; colour, model, brand, size, specification, or packaging may vary. If an advertised reward becomes unavailable, Nebula PC may, to the extent permitted by applicable law, substitute an item of reasonably comparable value or remove the unavailable reward from the promotion.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, one Anniversary reward bundle applies per eligible order, and promotional rewards cannot be stacked, combined, or claimed retroactively. Cancelled, refunded, chargeback, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible orders do not qualify. If a return, cancellation, or other adjustment causes an order to fall below its original qualifying spend tier, the customer may be required, to the extent permitted by law, to return the associated promotional item(s) unused and in their original condition, or the reasonably stated promotional value of those item(s) may be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law and disclosed at the time of purchase.The promotion, qualifying products, spend thresholds, reward selection, and availability may change or end without prior notice, subject to applicable law and without affecting orders for which promotional entitlement has already become binding.

Typographical, display, or pricing errors do not create an entitlement where the error is obvious or where applicable law otherwise permits correction. Final eligibility, order details, and applicable rewards will be confirmed at checkout or in the customer's order confirmation. Review of Photon

I have been using the Photon for about two weeks now, and I am very happy with it. The build quality is excellent, and the components are solid. Although a couple of parts were not exactly the same as advertised, they were replaced with equivalent alternatives, which I was happy with.

I mainly use this PC for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, and the performance has been exceptional. So far, I have not even pushed the system to its limits. Everything runs smoothly, and it has been a great experience.

The PC arrived well packaged and well protected, which gave me confidence that it was handled carefully during shipping.

My only criticism is the communication during the build process. The PC was dispatched about three days later than originally advertised. The team was easy to reach at first, but as I got closer to the estimated dispatch date, it became much harder to get updates. I understand that they may have been busy, but I think the communication could be improved.

That said, once the PC was dispatched, the delivery was incredibly fast. I received it in less than 24 hours after receiving the dispatch notification, which was impressive.

Overall, the extra wait was worth it. The build quality and performance have exceeded my expectations, and I am very happy with my purchase. I would definitely recommend Nebula to anyone looking for a well-built, high-performance PC.
