Using the Settings Menu
Enter the Settings
● Click on the Start menu and select Settings (the gear icon).
● Then navigate to System.
● Under the Advanced startup section, click on Restart now.
Using the Sign-In Screen

● On the Windows sign-in screen, hold the Shift key while you select Power > Restart.
● After your PC restarts, you’ll see a list of options. Select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart
● Once your PC restarts again, you’ll see a list of options. Press 4 or F4 to start your PC in Safe Mode. For Safe Mode with Networking, press 5 or F5.
