build quality is great, customer service prompt and helpful, and delivery is fast and safe. my PC was plug and play excellent; recommended.

As a new gaming pc owner I spent countless hours looking into certain aspects for what I would need within my price range but also know that although it looked interesting, building a pc wasnt for me jyst yet. This ticked every box of what i was looking for and with black friday sales it was cheaper than some other sellers for similar units. My experience was flawless, from ordering to packaging, receiving and setting up my pc everything was so simple. The pc is perfect for my needs, and although a bulkier unit than I initially expected, it looks so pretty when the lights are on. I would definitely recommend this pc to first time gamers who arent looking to sell a kidney to have a good gaming pc

I have zero complaints about this PC, it arrived quickly with a plethora of spare Leeds for future improvement. I shopped around for a while but Nebula PC’s prebuilt selection already included the upgraded components which came with the 5090 GPU model so I saved in not having to upgrade to more ram, better quality cooling or beefier PSU, it was just included at higher specs than I saw elsewhere. The lengthy warranty and life support put my mind at ease.
Would recommend.

After having a bad experience from a previous online PC retailer I was hesitant to buy another PC online again. I bought an "in stock ready to ship" PC that wasn't ready: It was a back-ordered build and I had to wait what I consider to be far too long for an "in stock" item as they had advertised. Thankfully Nebula came through by supplying me with my PC in a very satisfactory time frame. I was slightly put off by their requirement to verify my identity by sending them a copy of an edited photo of my license, but considering how easy the purchase was as a whole it was a very small hurdle to jump over. I also got in contact with them to ask how soon it would be delivered to me and I was happy that their estimates were correct. Their correspondence was polite and informative.

Another advantage of buying from Nebula is that they have a physical location I can visit which lessened my anxiety about after sales service.

The overall transaction experience was very good and I don't think I would hesitate to buy from them again. Thank you to everyone involved.

I was a bit iffy about getting this PC but the price was right for me, so I got it. It runs great, it games great and it looks great. It has easy access to the mother board, should I ever need to upgrade something, and it has plenty of USB ports, though it is lacking USB-C. The Prowler is well constructed with all of the cabling tucked away nice and neat. Overall, I think this computer is fantastic and hope to be gaming with for some time.
